a-dawg and i were chatting on gmail at work. she told me one of her co-workers was laughing aloud at his desk and how odd it was. so she went to investigate and solve the mystery -- turns out he was watching the Urban Sprinting video, which a-dawg then sent me. i then watched it (with no sound cuz i was at work) and had to hold my hand over my mouth to keep from laughing aloud in my cubicle. hehe
